This is not a review about the product, although I'm very pleased with how quickly this charges the Iphone XR, but this is a quick comment about the customer service - which is excellent. My first device did not work as expected, and rather than contact Amazon I contacted iClever directly. The response was <12hrs, and they offered to replace my original device at no charge. The replacement iClever charger arrived within 2-3 days, and performed excellent, as I expected. Throughout the entire process, I had many emails directly from iClever support, asking whether I received the replacement device, how it worked compared to the original, and whether I was satisfied. Outstanding!so I decided to buy this after I had my last one bites the dust. It was their last model so I decided to try this new model. I think this is their third model? I have used every dual charger from their company and I have loved all of them so much.for their price they last for about a year and a half to two years. That's how long my last two lasted each, which I think is a pretty long time for a small charger that gets thrown around and thrown in places and ripped out of walls, you know? I also bought my mom one but it was a different model and it is still working very well so I highly recommend their company, I don't even remember how I found them but I'm glad I did.Everyone always comments on how quickly this charges their phone. It’s also great that it can charge two devices at once. I never travel without it! I had the older version and the piece that plugs into the wall broke (after several years) because there was a thin piece of plastic holding it together. This new version seems to have updated that and made it less prone to breaking. My only complaint is that there is a blue light that comes out from the USB ports and I don’t keep it by my bed at night because it can be bright if you can see it. This could be a good thing for people who like night lights!I bought the older version a couple years ago and absolutley love it. Use it every day and wanted a second to leave in the livingroom. iclever is a great brand but on this particular adapter, the usb doesnt go all the way in to the port like it does on my other one so the fit isnt as secure. Same with the prongs that go into the wall socket. Its easy to knock out. Im going to return this model and just order another one of the older models.So I thought this thing was great at first.... charges my stuff nice and fast. But then it started making a dangerous sounding electrical noise when plugged in, and now it sparks and makes me feel unsafe, so now I refuse to use this. I recommend you look elsewhere.UPDATE: iClever reached out and has provided me with a free replacement. This one seems to work as expected. Much happier with the replaced product. Thanks iClever.This is a terrific charger. I can use two styles if cords which means I can carry one charger instead of multiple chargers. I charge my iPad and my Android phone at the same time. It charges VERY FAST without overheating the devices. The only thing I don't like is that the folding charger prongs fold up and pull out if a wall outlet if I am using a device while it's plugged in. It folds a little too easily. I would definitely buy these. Stock up if you can.This was a great product, charged fast and I loved having two USB ports so I could charge mine and my husbands phone on the same port. Two months later, it stopped working. At first I thought it was my cables but when I plugged them in a different port, they worked fine. So, I contacted the company and they responded so quick and with a solution to send out another. Very happy with the response time and solution. 4 stars were given because the original product didn’t last long, but the company is sending out a new one. Hoping for a better result the second time.This charger provides much needed power for today's demands. The only "flaw" that I have found is that when plugged into the bottom of a duplex receptacle with the main body of the charger down, the top outlet can only be used with a slim plug. The next version should try to push the plug of the charger as close to the top of the charger as possible. Consider changing the folding plug to fold from the middle to the top when extended instead of folding from the top to the middle when extended.いやぁ、昨今急速充電の機器が多くなりましたね。そんな時代背景もあって、充電器が足りなくなった際にタイムセールでポチらせて頂きました。しかし、諸般の事情で急速充電の必要性がなくなってしまい、普通にUSB充電器としてしか利用しておりません。すみません。ですが、モノ自体はANKERに負けず劣らずしっかりしていますし、発熱なども特にありません。素材などもスマフォに付属の充電器よりも質感が宜しいので、インテリア的にも良いかと思います。青いLEDも流行っぽいし(笑)。充電の規格だなんだが分からず、そこまでお金出して良いもの買うべきかをお悩みであれば、この辺りの価格で入門しても良いのではないですかね(￣ー￣)てなコトで星は4つかな。また不都合とかあれば、落書きにきます。評価が良かったので買ってみたが、色々な機器で充電してみたが急速充電できず、使い物にならない。勿論、ケーブルや被充電機器側が急速充電対応しているものを使用し、他社製の充電器（Ankerのとか）で、出力電流が2A前後出ている状況で、本製品だけを入れ替え出力を確認すると、2A～2.3A位で充電出来ているものが、1.6A程度しか流れない。又、Fireを充電すると他の充電器では1.7A前後流れるが、この商品では、0.98A程度しか流れない。久しぶりにks商品を買ってしまった。11月に購入して12月に充電している時に、いきなりショートしました。火花が散ったので凄くびっくりしました。説明には、18ヶ月保証と、書いてあるので返品か交換してもらおうと、連絡ようとしたのですが、連絡つかず18ヶ月間の保証も嘘でした。こちらは、保証が安心して購入しているのに、凄く残念です。4日使用して変な音がし始め、充電できなくなりました。コードを変えてみましたが、だめだったので、この充電器が壊れていることを確認しています。保証？交換期間内ですが、ちゃんと対応してくれるか不安です。11/1追記 不良品だったことを伝えるとすぐに対応していただきました。なので★４つにしました！最大出力が2.4 A（合計で4.8A）と過充電を前提に本商品を購入しました。iPhoneや他のバッテリー満充電時、過充電機能で充電を遮断しているのを確認しましたので、安心して充電ができます。
